HOUSE PORTRAIT STUDIO
Your photos stay personal.
What we collect
Your name, email address, reference photograph, instructions and artwork approvals let us prepare your portrait. If you buy a print, the checkout provider collects payment details and the delivery address. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
How your photo is used
Your photo and illustration are stored privately and accessed through your private order link or by the studio. We use them to prepare and fulfill your requested portrait. We do not publish them as examples or use them in marketing without separate permission.
Services involved
The application uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage. When enabled, Stripe handles checkout, Resend sends order emails, and Printify receives the approved print file and delivery information. Your photograph and artwork instructions are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to OpenAI GPT Image 2 to prepare your illustration. HEIC photographs are converted on your device before upload. Replicate processes the illustration to prepare a higher-resolution print file. Print production starts only after a confirmed payment.
Measurement
We record basic counts such as page visits, portrait requests, finished previews displayed, approvals and confirmed purchases, along with a short campaign-source label. We do not put names, emails, photos or payment details into these basic counts. Visit counts are not unique-person counts. Short-lived hashed network identifiers are used to limit abuse; they are not used for advertising. A preview-display count means the image loaded and was visible in a foreground page; it does not prove that someone looked at it. These display counts are not sent to advertising platforms.
Optional advertising measurement
Advertising measurement is off unless you enable it under “Advertising privacy choices” on your private order page. If you allow it, we send Meta your subsequent checkout and confirmed purchase activity, the product value and currency, a hashed version of your email address, and the browser information supplied by your device when starting checkout. Meta can match this hash to an account; hashing does not make it anonymous. This helps us measure and improve our ads. We do not send your photograph, artwork, name, delivery address, payment card details or private order link to Meta.
This choice is optional and separate from buying. You can withdraw it on the same order page to stop future sharing; this does not undo events already sent. Meta processes received data under its Privacy Policy. Contact the studio for help with this choice or a data request.
Cookies and private links
An essential cookie remembers access to an order whose private link you have opened. It lasts up to 30 days. The link acts like a key: anyone you share it with can access that request. We do not add advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels. Your browser session also retains the private link so you can copy it later, and a short source label so the visit and request can be attributed to the same campaign.
Deletion and retention
You can delete an unpaid request from its private order page before checkout begins. This removes the reference photo and artwork and clears contact details from the request. Paid orders need a separate review so delivery, refunds and records required by law can be handled correctly. Contact the studio to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Routine maintenance removes eligible unpaid requests older than 30 days and basic activity records older than 90 days. Paid-order records are retained as needed for fulfillment, disputes and legal recordkeeping.
