One unframed 12 × 16 inch matte print of the house illustration you approve. The price is $49 with US delivery included; applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Frames are not included.
Will I see it before it is printed?
Yes. You receive a private page to review your illustration. Approve it or request a round of small corrections. Checkout follows approval; the approved artwork is the version we send to print.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo showing the front and roof of the house. Try to avoid parked cars or trees hiding important details. Please use a photo you own or have permission to use.
Is this a hand-painted watercolor?
No. This is an AI-assisted digital illustration in an ink-and-watercolor style. You review the result against your photograph before approving the print.
Can I send it as a gift?
